Clubs and Organizations
BACCHUS is open to all students on the Willmar campus concerned with alcohol abuse and prevention. Activities include alcohol awareness campaigns and convocations. CIA - Christians In Action is an interdenominational group of Christian students dedicated to growing in our relationship with our savior, Jesus Christ and sharing His love with our fellow students. We hold a weekly Bible study, monthly prayer meetings, and special events. Phi Theta Kappa is Ridgewater's local chapter of the international honor society for two-year colleges which recognizes scholarship among students with a 3.5 grade point average and above. Ridgewater Review - Students are invited to participate in the production of Ridgewater Review, a monthly student newspaper. The staff consists of reporters, editors, photographers, cartoonists, ad designers, and ad representatives. Participation is open to all students. Student Senate representatives are elected at large and represents the student body on college policies. The senate sponsors social events, takes an active role in student life, and participates in orientation. Connections is a service for students to meet and connect with community resources.
