Access for Students with Disabilities
Ridgewater College has a strong commitment to provide equal access for students with disabilities. The College complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Ridgewater's policy is to provide accessible programs, services and activities for students with disabilities.

On each campus an office is designated to ensure that students with disabilities receive equal opportunities to pursue their education. Students are responsible for requesting available assistance from the campus Disability Services office.

Who is Eligible?
An individual with a disability is defined as any person who (i) has a physical or mental impairment that limits one or more major life activity, (ii) has a record of such an impairment, or (iii) is regarded as having such an impairment.
