All Staff, Faculty and Students will have their usernames converted to their star ID on May 22-25. If you haven't activated your StarID, click the link below to activate it. The link can also be used to set or change your password.
While the bulk of the StarID conversion is happening behind the scenes, there are some additional tasks that may need to be done after the migration starting on May 22, depending on which devices you’re using:
Ridgewater Desktop and Employee Webmail
Log in with your StarID and password.
You must login with your new username and password while on campus. If you cannot get back to campus or your computer has pointsec, please contact the IT helpdesk.

Enter your Star ID password when prompted. If you do not receive the prompt please power off your device and power it back on.
Personally owned tablets/smartphones
Go to the settings for the mail accounts. Switch the username to your Ridgewater email address. If that doesn’t work, use your StarID. On Android devices it may be necessary to delete the account and set it up again.
