Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) 

Mission

Phi Theta Kappa's mission is two-fold:

1. Recognize and encourage the academic achievement of two-year college students and;

2. Provide opportunities for individual growth and development through participation in honors, leadership, service and fellowship programming.

Meetings

Throughout the Spring 2015 semester we will be meeting on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 11:00am in the Club Hub.

Membership

Eligibility for membership
To be eligible for membership in Phi Theta Kappa, a student must be enrolled at Ridgewater College, Hutchinson, have completed a minimum of 12 credits, be either a part-time or full-time student, and have achieved a cumulative grade point average greater than or equal to 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

 

Active membership
To be eligible ​for continued membership in Phi Theta Kappa, a student must be enrolled at Ridgewater College, Hutchinson, be either a part-time or full-time student, and must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above.

May 6th, 11:00am: Officer elections (during meeting)

May 6th, 3:00pm: Backpack filling at Common Cup (105 2nd Ave SW, Suite 1)

May 15th: PTK.org Scholarship Application Deadline
