Academic year (fall and spring semesters)
The PSEO program covers all applicable tuition, fees, and textbooks. It covers consumable supplies that are required specifically for a course, such as art supplies, film, etc. The program does not supply general school supplies or non-consumable supplies such as calculators, instrument rental, uniforms, tools, nametags, etc.
Textbooks used through the program are the property of Ridgewater College. These materials must be returned to the Ridgewater bookstore during finals week. Students will be charged for textbooks and materials not returned in a timely manner. Due to COVID-19, with the safety of our students and staff in mind, the Bookstore is offering drive-thru RENTAL BOOK RETURNS and PSEO BOOKS RETURNS. Please see the Bookstore webpage for more information.
Students must be admitted to an institution for PSEO tuition, fees and supplies to be covered. Students who enroll in classes at institutions that they are not enrolled in are responsible for any tuition, fees or supplies.
Juniors may enroll in summer classes but will be responsible to cover the tuition, textbooks, and fees.
Excluded programs and courses
For academic, financial aid, and logistical reasons, not all courses are covered by Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) funding and are ineligible for PSEO enrollment at Ridgewater College. Students who choose to enroll in a PSEO exempt course will be responsible for the payment of all costs associated with their enrollment including tuition, student fees, books, and supplies.
