Dependent upon pandemic situation, Minnesota and CDC guidelines and Water Carnival status as event draws closer. Social distancing will be practiced; all aspects of event will be outdoors in groups smaller than 10. Masks encouraged for pre-event and post-event communication.
Wed., June 17 is inclement weather alternate day.
5:00-5:30 pm Check-in with pizza, lemonade and souvenir disc
5:15 pm Disc Golf Basics Clinic
5:30 pm Player’s Meeting
5:45 pm Tee Time (Sun sets about 9 p.m.)
Location: Ridgewater College 9-hole Disc Golf Course
(Maximum 45 participants, non-sanctioned event)
Single Divisions and Entry Fees (includes souvenir disc and placing medals):
Junior (under 14 years) – $5 Age as of scheduled event day, June 16.
Recreational – $5 Typically shoots 3 or more over par per nine holes at South Park
Women’s – $5 Women who have played many rounds and possibly played in leagues or tournaments
Intermediate – $10 Typically shoots even par at South Park
Advanced – $15 Typically shoots 3 or more under par per nine holes at South Park
Approximately 10% of fees will be donated to the Little Crow Disc Golf Club for their assistance in this event
Format: Two rounds of 9-hole course for 18 holes total; simultaneous 9-hole start in
player groups of 3-4.
Disc Availability: If needed, a limited number of discs are available for use – see registration form.
Payout: Cash prizes in each division. Minimum 3 participants per division.
Free pizza during check in and refreshments during awards ceremony. NO ALCOHOL.

Registration Deadline: Mon., June 15 at 4 p.m. for online and mailed registrations. Maximum: 45 participants for this one-evening event.

Waiver: Participants must sign a waiver on event day that includes the following:
Knowing that playing disc golf is a potentially hazardous activity, I enter and participate in this event certifying that I am medically able. I also assume any and all other risks associated with participating in this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, and the condition of the course. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge any organization associated with the event, event officials, volunteers, any and all sponsors (including the Hutchinson Jaycees, Ridgewater College, and the Little Crow Disc Golf Club), their agents, employees, assigns or anyone acting for any kind of nature arising out of, or in the course of, my participation in this event. This release and waiver extend to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. The undersigned further grants full permission to the event and any organization conducting the event and/ or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any purpose. I understand that entry fees are non-refundable unless the event it cancelled. I have read the foregoing and will certify my agreement on event day.
