Academic Support Center (Tutoring)
To assist with the successful completion of Ridgewater College courses, Academic Support Center staff Elyse Kallgren, Nicholas Hulstrand, Erik Homme, Mary Swart, Audrey Van Beck, and Amanda Friedlein are available to help students. To work with the tutors, please view the link below for a list of tutors in the various subjects and contact them as directed to set up an appointment.
At this time, Academic Support Center staff on both the Hutchinson and Willmar campuses will be available to tutor remotely and in person. Days and hours on campus will vary, so please contact the tutors for availability.
Working with tutors is a FREE SERVICE, so please take advantage of this great resource.
If you need help because you are a distant learner or need help at a time when other tutors are not available, Tutor.com is another option. It is an online tutoring service, free to all Ridgewater College students with help in many subject areas. Tutor.com is found in D2L under the Resources tab. If you need help finding or using Tutor.com, the Academic Support Center staff can assist you with using it.
