Academic Exploration & Services
Choosing a career is an important – and often difficult – decision. Career Services at Ridgewater College helps students in all stages of career planning, from exploring careers to conducting a job search to applying for a job. We also help employers find qualified and well-trained employees.
Academic Exploration Services
Ridgewater counselors will help you explore your interests, skills, and values that relate to a career decision. They will introduce various ways to assess yourself in these areas, and they will help you learn about the world of work in general and about specific careers.
Counselors will suggest appropriate assessments based on your interests. After your test has been scored, your counselor will meet with you to discuss the results and suggest follow-up activities.
