Request Your ID Online During COVID-19

If you need a student ID, we will print and mail a new one to you free of charge until all in-person services resume on campus!

You may need a new ID because:

• You are a new student and didn’t receive an ID yet.
• Your current ID is expired.
• You lost your ID. 

IDs will be printed every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon and mailed the following day with the following exceptions:

• If you request your ID after noon on Tuesday or Thursday, we may not process your ID until the next printing period.
• Student Life is out of the office during most student breaks (e.g. Winter Break and Spring Break). IDs requested during those times will not be printed until Student Life is back in the office.
• If the college is closed on a Tuesday or Thursday due to a holiday or poor weather, we will adjust which days IDs are printed during that week.
• If Student Life staff is out of the office due to COVID-19 quarantine, your ID will be delayed.

Please allow for slower mailing times due to COVID-19.  Printing and mailing dates are subject to change.

Fill out the Warrior ID Request Form to request your ID online.

You will need to log into the form using the same login you use for your Ridgewater email:

• YourStarID@go.minnstate.edu
• Your StarID Password

If you have issues logging into the form, double-check to make sure that you aren’t logged into another non-Ridgewater Microsoft Office account or open the form in an incognito tab.
